Disclaimer
A large majority of the collection is made using upcycled fabrics and materials. All idiosyncrasies, including wear, mending, and stains are part of the story of the fabric and overall garment.

If needed, we can do our best to repair the garment, should there be any egregious issues.

Repairs

Repairs are approved on a case-by-case basis. If you have a garment that needs additional mending/repairs, please forward your inquiry to info@loubadger.co

Return Policy
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All items are exchangeable for store credit only. Once we receive the item, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned garment. Store credits are valid for two years from the date they were issued. Exchanges can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include this information in your email and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Please contact us before purchase with any questions about products.

To return an item from a domestic or international order, please email info@loubadger.co

Please note, that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for international returns, and will incur the shipping cost.

Lost Packages

Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Lou Badger is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.
